A Family Business in Every Sense of the Word

It all started back in 1948 with Anthony J. Romeo and Bernie Zack, providing accounting and tax preparation services to business and individuals in Amsterdam, NY – many times making house calls! Larry Spagnola joined his father-in-law, Anthony, in 1970, eventually taking over and growing the business and client relationships, and still going strong to this day! Larry’s son Mark joined the business in 1992, continuing the formula of increasing services, clients, technology – all while maintaining the most important quality of the business – a Family atmosphere for owners, clients, and an always fantastic staff…the glue that holds it all together.
